Akame Ga Kill - Run

Run was a member of the Jaegers and Esdeath's right-hand man. He now serves as one of Kurome's puppets. Run was a young man with fair blond hair and golden eyes. He wore a white robe on top of a black shirt and pants with a brown belt, a feather pin behind his ear and a collar-like accessory on his neck. He was also shown to have a winter outfit with a white jacket and a scarf, while he also wore formal suits on several occasions. During his days as a teacher he wore a suit with a vest and a cloak, as well as a pair of glasses.

Run was calm, collective, and polite. He had never been shown to raise his voice or give in to anger, and was determined to make his goals a reality. He was not above using dishonorable methods to reach his goals, such as seducing women and deceiving his enemies to gain their trust; as seen when he was pretending to try to get into Wild Hunt by being nice to its members while in truth, he was gathering incriminating evidence against them. While being merciless if not cruel towards his enemies, Run was willing to defend civilians, and clearly detested Wild Hunt, hiding his anger regarding the public execution of the Imperial Fist disciples.

He also was very caring to his fellow Jaegers, and was present during the mourning of his fallen comrades. He grew especially close to Wave and Kurome, and was willing to risk his life to protect them. Run's Teigu is called Thousand-Mile Flight: Mastema. Its basic skill gives Run a pair of wings that allow him to fly and unleash piercing feathers to strike foes. It also has a trump card, which allows him to reflect attacks. He was shown to have quick reflexes, both while flying and in hand-to-hand combat, being able to keep pace with Esdeath's initial attacks when she comes to test the Jaegers. He was intelligent and capable of deductive reasoning on par with Esdeath; he also proved to be skilled in infiltration and intelligence gathering, as well as investigating crimes. He was also a skilled strategist and planner.

Akame Ga Kill - Dr. Stylish

Dr. Stylish was a doctor and scientist in the service of the Empire as well as a member of the Jaegers. Dr. Stylish was a tall man with spiky black hair with a white patch and blue eyes. He wore glasses, a yellow suit with a blue shirt, a tie, and a white trench coat. Dr. Stylish was obsessed with two things: his experiments and anything he considered stylish. His preoccupation with the latter is exemplified in the first meeting of the Jaegers, where he has Seryu scatter rose petals through the air as he enters the room so that he may have a ‘stylish’ entrance. However, his main overriding focus is on his experiments.

In this regard he is shown to be both self-serving and duplicitous, going behind the backs of his superiors to obtain materials for his research such as his attack on Night Raid and conducting experiments that even the imperial capital has no knowledge of the creation of the humanoid Danger Beasts. Additionally, he feigns sympathy for any of his test subjects that are injured or killed in his service but in reality he cares nothing for any of them, seeing them only as bodies to experiment on. He has also been heavily hinted to be homosexual and enjoyed hitting on fellow male Jaegers except for Bols and also offered his own test subjects “a night alone with him” if they did well. Lastly, he seems to have been fairly well known and very well connected, having worked for several imperial agencies over time. His contacts included the unnamed commander of the Assassination Squad, Captain Ogre of the Capital Guard, the imperial spy Bolic, and the Prime Minister’s son Syura.

Wild Hunt’s Dorothea also came to the Empire with the sole purpose of meeting Stylish but he had already perished by the time she arrived. As a scientist Dr. Stylish had great intelligence and powerful observational skills. He was the only member of the Jaegers to discern that Tatsumi’s skill in combat was too high for him to be a simple blacksmith. Stylish also possessed great skill in the creation of poisons, with one of his most powerful being an invisible, odorless gas that could paralyze even trained assassins. He was a capable strategist as well, equipping several of his enhanced soldiers to combat specific enemies as well as preparing various hidden moves ahead of time. Stylish was in possession of the Teigu "Perfector", a set of gloves that increased the speed and dexterity of his fingers dramatically. This Teigu, along with Stylish’s medical knowledge, enabled him to heal any injury, short of death itself. The Teigu was also the tool with which Stylish performed the enhancement surgeries on his minions and created the weapons known as the ‘Judgment of the Ten Heavenly Kings’ used by Seryu Ubiquitous. After Stylish’s death the Teigu was taken by Night Raid who then sent it on to the Revolutionary Army’s headquarters.

Akame Ga Kill - Wave

Wave is a member of the Jaegers. He hails from a small town on the coast of the empire and is a former member the Imperial Navy. Due to the large amount of time he spent at sea, he is fairly unaware of the crime-riddled Capital and corruption within the Empire. He is very close to his mother and very well respected in his home village. Wave is a young man of above average height with short dark blue hair and eyes. He wears a blue jacket and a orange scarf with an anchor on it. Under that is a white shirt with a single blue line down the middle. He also wears a pair of grey jeans with a belt and dark blue boots. He carries his Teigu on his back. He keeps his beliefs close to heart, such as duty to his country and cheering up a girl when she's sad. He is a true navy man at heart and loves everything to do with the ocean. He is shown to be level headed and easy going in his free time and has a desire to be useful to his friends.

He is shown to get along well with most of his comrades, excluding Seryu. He sympathized with Tatsumi's desire to run away from the group but was duty bound to prevent it. Despite constantly finding Bols choice of attire very strange and wondering how a man of that sort is the only married member of the Jaegers, he is on very good terms with him and seems to think highly of him. He constantly tried to cheer up others, which usually fails and causes him to end up being cheered up by Kurome. Following the death of Bols and Kurome's admission of her fear of being discarded, Wave seems to have grown extremely protective of the latter, showing his closeness to the two of them. He believes Night Raid to be evil due to the fact that they are killers who work under the cover of night, which is actually a very rational conclusion for someone from outside of the capital to have. However, after spending time in the capital itself, he has grown more cautious of it. He is cautious of Seryu because of her brutality and insanity, both of which he states surprised him, in that he did not believe the capital had grown bad to that extreme extent. He was also shocked by the fears Kurome suffers of being abandoned and executed, which again tracks back to the empire. Tatsumi himself has admitted that Wave, despite his own willingness to kill him if it comes to it, isn't evil, in fact he seems almost moral, a thing sorely lacking in those usually affiliated to the empire.

Wave wields the Armor type Teigu, Grand Chariot, which is a more attack oriented version of Incursio. It is unknown which Teigu Grand Chariot is stronger, as Tatsumi was unwilling to fight Wave. The Teigu increases his strength and speed as well as giving him the ability to fly. However, his Teigu is unable to turn invisible as opposed to Incursio. He has a technique named "Grand Fall" which is a powerful kick that Tatsumi noted could have killed him if he did not block it. While his Teigu is engaged he is capable of taking on Akame, Lubbock, and Mine simultaneously and was referred to as a force of nature by them. Wave is also a formidable swordsman and uses his sword more than his Teigu. Esdeath has said that his strength is perfect, thanks to having a good teacher. He is skilled in hand-to-hand combat as well, and defeated Syura in an unarmed duel despite it being the speciality of the latter. Wave himself states his skill to be at least on par with Tatsumi, although the two have not yet had a proper battle. While he is aware of dangerous creatures inhabiting the ocean, he was caught off guard by creatures living in the mountains, likely due to his lack of first hand experience in dealing with them at the time. It is also worth noting that he is the only one in the series who managed to land a clean, direct and powerful blow to Akame.

Akame Ga Kill - Syura

Syura was the son of Prime Minister Honest as well as the leader of Wild Hunt. Syura was a young man with tan skin, green eyes (golden in the anime) and white hair (pale lilac in the anime). He had a noticeable X-shaped scar on his face and a crown-like headgear similar to his father's. He wore a white skintight shirt that revealed his stomach and white pants. In his first appearance, he had a hooded jacked which obscured his figure, and face.

Syura was a cruel and sadistic man who enjoyed harassing civilians and killing them as he pleased, while using women for sex toys, and was seen to be quite abusive with them. He had a tendency to lick his lips whenever picking up a woman, as seen with Kurome. He also enjoyed torturing his enemies as a means to make them spill out information, as seen with Lubbock. He behaved very much like a spoiled brat, his status as the son of the Prime Minister giving him an over-inflated sense of self-entitlement.

As such, he felt entitled to the right to do as he pleased, and was quick to anger when things didn't go his way, becoming violent whenever someone got in his way. He was also extremely concerned with pleasing his father and would become emotionally unstable whenever he felt in danger of losing his approval. He possessed the Teigu Shambhala, which is capable of spatial manipulation, allowing him to teleport people across large distances. He was shown to be very fast, being able to climb Mt. Fake in a short amount of time, giving Lubbock only moments to hide after noticing a presence moving up the mountainside. He was also proficient in hand-to-hand combat. He has demonstrated to be a capable martial artist who has learned numerous fighting techniques during his travels.

Akame Ga Kill - Bols

Bols was the oldest member of the Jaegers. Before joining them, he was a member of the Incineration Squad. He wore a mask that obscured his face. Not much is known about him other than the fact that he was married and had a child. Despite his appearance, he seemed to be shy around other people, staring at Wave for several minutes before finally introducing himself. He was a skilled cook and often made meals for the team. Bols was always seen wearing his mask as an incineration squad member and has a gasoline tank mounted at his back for his flamethrower. He wears long gloves over his hands which serve not only to help him when using the flamethrower, but also for protecting Bols from attacks. He also had a scar on his upper chest.

Contrary his grizzly appearance, Bols is a very kind and caring person. He is also quite shy and timid, a good example of this was him making a long pause before first introducing himself to Wave or when he keeps his mask on despite his wife complaining that his face wouldn't cause trouble for others. Despite his kind and caring personality, Bols is wracked with guilt over the jobs he's had incinerating villages and believes that one day karma will catch up to him; however, he still does his job for the sake of his wife and children. Due to him having incinerated many villages and the people dwelling in them, he is thus very reluctant to kill mass groups of people who he believes have no crime at all. This led him to believe that many people despised him and swear vengeance on him. Bols loves his family very much and will always be composed so long as they are fine. His love for his family was shown to be very strong when his last act in his life was to attempt to return to his home in order to see them one last time before dying.

Bols' death affected Kurome and Wave greatly, with Kurome flying into a rage upon realizing that Chelsea had killed him and ordering her brutal death. Following his death, his daughter and wife were killed by Syura and other members of Wild Hunt at his grave. This cruelty, especially towards someone he respected so much, sent Wave over the edge. After punching Syura in the face when he threatened Kurome, Wave defeats Syura in a fair one-on-one battle. The way Run defeated Champ was also a shout-out to Bols, as it represented an allegorical vision of him having come down as an Angel to avenge his daughter. Bols wielded a flamethrower Teigu, named Purgatory's Invitation: Rubicante. With this weapon, he was seen setting large groups of enemies on fire that will not extinguish even if the target submerges themselves in water. He had impressive strength as one could expect from a man of his physique, and can beat Danger Beasts into submission with his bare hands. Aside from his fighting capabilities, Bols is actually a good cook, and is the one who usually prepares food or tea for his fellow Jaegers.

Akame Ga Kill - Kurome

Kurome is a member of the Jaegers, and the younger sister of Akame. Sold by her parents to the Empire along with Akame, the sisters were trained as assassins. She was drafted into a different assassin group than her sister and the siblings parted ways. Kurome looks very similar to her sister. She has short black hair in a twintail style and black eyes. She wears a black sailor uniform and a wears a red belt that has a red side skirt cover like Akame. She also wears red gauntlets like Akame. She keeps her Teigu with her at all times. She wears it with long black socks and black shoes.

Kurome seems to hate her sister for betraying the Empire, or more specifically, betraying her, yet claims that she still loves her, calling her beloved older sister. Although she shares some traits with her sister, such as her social awkwardness and her gluttonous desire to eat candy, in place of the meat that Akame is shown to eat. she is much more aloof and seems to show darker sides of her when it comes to killing her enemies. She is cold and ruthless in battle, usually ending the lives of her enemies as one would expect from a seasoned assassin. Secretly, she is very scared of being seen as weak, knowing that, in the Assassination Division, if she became dead weight she'd be taken out to keep her silent. This has a lingering effect of her upbringing, as she almost did suffer this fate, were it not for the drug therapy she later underwent. She has shown this side of herself, unintentionally, to Wave, who she seems to have developed some trust towards in comparison to the other members of Jaeger. She holds some form of unstable mental attachment to her fallen comrades as she keeps them as her corpse dolls. This warped psyche was most likely fueled by the empire; as claimed by Run before being enslaved.

When Run was severely injured and about to die, she states that it allows them to be together forever, and she intends to add her sister to this collection. She also seems to play with the corpses of those she has killed, as well as keeping powerful ones to use in her permanent collection which is limited to 8. Kurome wields an offensive Teigu like her sister, in the form of a sword named "March of the Dead: Yatsufusa", which allows her to enslave up to 8 enemies killed with the Teigu. However, the corpses do not show any emotion. Kurome is extremely skilled in the art of the sword and assassination. She possesses super-human reflexes, being capable of dodging Mine's long range sniper fire with only a moments notice, as well as super-human endurance, able to survive a fatal wound to the back of her neck. Kurome states that the only realiable way to kill her is to either crush her heart or decapitate her. She was even able to land a hit on Esdeath. Kurome's abilities are not solely due to natural training, but through doping and continued drug use. Because of this Kurome must continually take drugs and appears to suffer from pain when she does not take them. After Chelsea wounded her, she has been drastically weakened.

Akame Ga Kill - Seryu Ubiquitous

Seryu Ubiquitous was a member of the Jaegers, formerly of the Imperial Guard. She was a young girl with a strong and twisted sense of justice. She was the owner of the Teigu, Hekatonkheires until her death which also resulted in the destruction of the Teigu. Seryu was a young woman with auburn hair and amber eyes. During her first appearance, she wore her hair in a long ponytail that almost reached the ground, but it was shortened to shoulder-length after becoming a Jaeger. She was typically seen in a military uniform in favor of dresses and casual wear, and was frequently attired in upper-body armor.

Her arms are metallic in place of flesh due to the heavy body modifications performed upon her by Dr. Stylish. When in battle and speaking about justice, her face can distort into a warped and demented version of itself, which has become her trademark over time. Although she initially appeared as a kind and compassionate person, Seryu is ruthless, psychotic and unstable. She was seen to enjoy killing to a high extent those of whom she considered to be evil, almost as if it was a hobby. She has a strong fixation upon Justice, originating from her father's service in the Imperial Army and subsequent death. She also highly respected Ogre the Demon, her superior and teacher, and was heavily anguished by his death as well. Her opinion of justice is blunt, as she believes Night Raid is evil for their actions as assassins, but believes killing in service to justice is always right, which ultimately makes her opinion of murder similar to theirs, if not completely the same.

Seryu has a twisted sense of right and wrong, bordering on a completely black and white view of the world. All the people who serve the Empire, despite the deeds they do both publicly and discretely, are considered good by her, while those who oppose it, even those who are forced against their will, are pure evil. Her twisted view of justice has caused a level of distrust towards her by her own teammates, as well as the entire imperial forces on occasion, as she brutally murdered a group of prisoners before they could interrogate the group. This sense of right and wrong is so twisted as she lacks mercy of any kind. She has stated that evil deserves no mercy, which is ironic as that is the one thing that separates justice from vengeance or even common murder. She is also willing to go behind the back of her Captain, despite her show of loyalty and respect to Esdeath to satiate her blood lust and was planning on killing Tatsumi as well as Mine and simply intended to say that she couldn't help herself despite knowing quite well that this would be going against orders, as Esdeath wanted them captured alive, not dead. If nothing else, Seryu is ultimately convinced she is doing the right thing in what she does but her actions tend to be far more brutal and insidious than those of the people she believes to be evil. As noted by Mine, she is ignorant to the fact that Ogre and Stylish were themselves evil, the former having framed many people for crimes and had them hanged, while the latter used humans for experiments without moral reserve. She also has a nasty habit of showing her trademark crazy face every time she engages an enemy. After mocking Mine about her two comrades who were devoured by her Teigu and proceeding to say she'd have it devour her as well, Mine ultimately stated that Seryu is nothing but insane. She has stated a dislike for dressing up during parties or the like, which coincides with her somewhat tomboyish personality.
